Inspired by the Clear MG – the benchmark hi-fi headphones for the home – its elegant Chestnut finish is enhanced by a backlit logo that adds a distinctive, modern signature. The use of premium materials such as aluminium and magnesium in the yoke delivers a combination of lightness and robustness. The genuine leather headband and ergonomic foam earpads guarantee unrivalled comfort for an extended, compromise-free listening experience.

Hifiman does have their performance. My question on this is: Bluetooth have a limited bandwidth and battery age. The lifespan for a Bluetooth headset is much shorter than wired ones. Also I tend to believe The transparency mode, mic quality, connection quality are probably not as good as AirPods Max / Sony XM5. I am sure this is going to sound better, but they have to compromise on power draw of the drivers to balance battery life, sound quality is only going to be better to a certain extend. So personally I am not paying $1300 for that.

Focal drivers, materials and craftsmanship does mean something. So the first Gen $700-$800 price make sense. This $1,300 is a little overpriced IMO.

Inflation and tariff are real, but I think they should be priced at $999 and use sale sometimes to bring it down to $799 or $899

Weird for price to be an automatic non-starter in the hi-fi market, but I think Focal may have broken fresh ground here.

$1300 for a Chinese headphone is crazy, sorry. I don't care how French the drivers are, this is a cash grab.
Only the electronics part is made and assembled in China, everything else is made and assembled in France.

Chinese? It is supposed to be made in France, isn't it?
