This may be a silly question, but does ALO Audio ever package their cables? I've shopped with them many times before, but I don't recall whether they ever put their cables in a package inside the box they ship with.
It's important to me right now because when I returned a Green Line mini to mini cable that I purchased two weeks ago, I was charged $11.85 (15%) restocking fee for having no packaging for the cable. Their packaging for amps is pretty awesome, but I don't ever remember them using any special packaging for cables.
Anyone know if they do? The money isn't a big issue for me, but I do hate feeling like I got dinged for something that was never there and I'm hoping this isn't a case of early onset dementia.
