Hi HF admins, did we lose the historical search results past a certain date after the indexing? For ex, if I do a search for the 'elear' headphone, the latest hit I get back is Dec 2020.

Yes! That was a quick fix! Returned many more results and later than 2020. Thank you!

@joe , this is really strange...but the issue reverted back when I tested again today. sorry...

The other thing is when you request the sort results returned by date rather than relevance (whatever that means!) then a lot of search hits are not included in the list you see.

I think case sensitivity is an issue with regards to headfis search function. A good example is in the first line of THIS POST.

It happens a lot in the Free FLAC Thread and other Music threads, you have to search 2 or 3 times sometimes with different case sensitivity to find something.

I'm old, I miss the old '%' wildcard searches
