I just picked up 3Dconnexion's SpaceNavigator for use with Google Earth. It really takes the application to another level. It's about 2 pounds and only takes seconds to learn as the movements are very natural. If you use Google Earth (or any 3D programs - check the site for support) much, seriously consider it. You can find it around for $50. I've used Google Earth more tonight than the combined time since its release. You can see a video of the controller here.

Another SpaceNavigator fan here. It's amazingly inexpensive, and if you do any sort of 3D stuff, once you try it you'll quickly get to the point where you feel crippled without it.

For the record I'm not sure why it posted twice.
