Do you zap you gear through the headphone cable too?
Hey Guys, With winter here we're into static season and I've begun shocking all my stuff through the headphone cable again. Does this happen to you guys too? For example, I'll have my headphones connected to my AV Receiver and when I go to get up off the couch some static will go through the...- DigitalEternal

Seeking advice in my quest for good Bluetooth headphones
I checked those out a little while ago but, as you said, very mixed reviews. There were too many people saying that they are very weak and don't sound good for me to roll the dice on them.- DigitalEternal

Seeking advice in my quest for good Bluetooth headphones
Any thoughts on the B&W PX7's? They get good reviews but so do the Sony WH1000's which definitely don't have the greatest sound.- DigitalEternal

Seeking advice in my quest for good Bluetooth headphones
Thanks guys, I actually have a pair of Sennheiser HD 579's, really like the sound so that one adapter may e a good option., Though I've never found them super comfortable so part of me wants to replace em anyways. The Beyerdynamic Amiron look great but the bluetooth version is like $1000...- DigitalEternal

Seeking advice in my quest for good Bluetooth headphones
I have looked at those and they seem like great headphones but I don't think the Blue Mini has multipoint, unfortunately.- DigitalEternal

Seeking advice in my quest for good Bluetooth headphones
Hey Guys, Wasn't sure if I should post this here or in portable headphones since, well, all headphones are portable so not sure what that means. Anywho, I'm searching for the perfect pair of bluetooth headphones and I can't seem to find what I'm after. I'm looking for a pair of full sized...- DigitalEternal

Hmm, good price but I feel like they won't offer much improvement over my HD579's.- DigitalEternal

Best wireless, no gimhick, headphones?
I am indeed considering going the bluetooth receiver route but I really want a new pair of headphones too. These HD579's sound great I just find them really uncomfortable and after a couple years of using them I'm just ready for something new. I was looking at the Sennheiser RS line but they do...- DigitalEternal

Best wireless, no gimhick, headphones?
Hmm, fair enough. The deva's are definitely an option, They will cost me around ~$500 here in Canada so I'm in no rush unless I see them go on sale. Hoping I can get a good deal on something just need to narrow it down to a few options.- DigitalEternal

Why the different ear pads? Everyone seems to say the ones it comes with are excellent.- DigitalEternal

Best wireless, no gimhick, headphones?
That seems to be the consensus from the reviews I have watched. Plus they don't sound as good with the bluetooth module as they do plugged in so that's a bit dissapointing but I guess to be expected.- DigitalEternal

Those look great but definitely more then I'd like to spend. What do you guys think of the Sennheiser RS series? Like RS 175 or 195.- DigitalEternal

Best wireless, no gimhick, headphones?
Thank you very much for the suggestion, The Ananda BT's look fantastic but I don't think I'll be able to convince the wife that spending $1200 on headphones is a good idea. The Deva's might be an option, wish they weren't called the Deva though lol- DigitalEternal

Best wireless, no gimhick, headphones?
Hi Guys, I'm looking to buy a set of wireless headphones, primarily for home theater use. I don't care about noise cancelling or voice assistant or DSPs, in fact I would rather they have none of that What I want is the closest you can get to a good pair of wired headphones but wireless...- DigitalEternal

Best closed back headphones for sound stage and positional audio?
Thanks Uli87, I'll take a look at them, I bought the Kingstong HyperX Cloud headset and while it has good sound quality the stage is quite small and I find the clamp on them to be way too tight, get a headache after about an hour of wearing them so I'm looking for other options.- DigitalEternal

Is buying a sound card a mistake? Would a cheap USB DAC/Amp be better?
I ended up going for the Sound Blaster ZX as it was on sale for only $10 more then the Z,, same basic design as the Z but with higher quality components and Japanese Nichicon capacitors. Plus it comes with the audio control module which is really nice as I hate fiddling with keyboard shortcuts...- DigitalEternal

Is buying a sound card a mistake? Would a cheap USB DAC/Amp be better?
Looking at amazon.ca I see a few options in my price range: Fiio: E10K E11K E07K Topping VX1 TP30 TP22 TP20-Mark 2 MUISE DA10 Or is the SB-Z the better choice? I believe it usses as CirrusLogic DAC with 114db SNR and 4556 amps.- DigitalEternal

Is buying a sound card a mistake? Would a cheap USB DAC/Amp be better?
Last post I promise, Been doing a lot of reading that is making me question weather I should go the sound card route. Currently I'm looking at the Sound Blaster Z which has a 600 ohm amp built into it. By all reports the sound quality is pretty good but could I do better for the same price...- DigitalEternal

Astro A40/50 or Kingston HyperX cloud?
Hey guys, So here'd where I'm at, Cant afford a nice pair of cans + and amp, if I buy the cans they will just sound terrible over my onboard sound so there's no sense in it, but I can either get the a40 or a50 used fairly inexpensivly or get a Soundblaster Z/Astro MixAmp + the HyperX cloud...- DigitalEternal
