I disagree. I have lots of high end iems, and celebrate the brilliance of the $30 CCA Trio, as well as the $400 marvel, the Penon Quattro. Preconceived notions in this hobby are the enemy of discovery!!! We all have our own ears and generalizing will get you nowhere.
