Pros: Good sound
Cons: long term reliability?
Good tube amp for the price. In EU Woo amps are too expensive, in US I would have bought a Woo most likely. But this amp is very nice!

Edit: I upgrade a few parts inside (power resistors and output coupling capacitors) and now I can vouch this amp is world class! Such a pretty sound and power, it is scary good!

Curious, do you think that Woo is still better than LF339? I thought they use different topology... Woo's amps mostly transformer coupled and LF amps are OTL?

The WA3 is OTL too, I think the 339 is better as it has a dual mono setup

I would have bought the WA2 at 1100$, it's 500$ more so maybe would have gone the WA3. I too think the 339 is in the same class as the WA2 so above the WA3 single tube and single power supply.
With those 500$ I would have peace of mind regarding reliability. But as it's titled, this 339 is PTP wired so easy to service! Plus with that kind of money I could start saving for some HD800!

Pros: comfort, good isolation, quality, design
Cons: grainy, highs are little artificial, sub 50hz is gone
Good IEM, classy, comfy. Audio quality is very correct. Not audiophile like, but when you're commuting or doing sport you don't wear your full size headphones with amp in the pocket!
Those earbuds are solid, reliable, stock cable never even once rattle in 6 years of use. Still going strong the sound is smooth but I remember the first year or use the highs were really grainy. Now highs are tamed and bass is still lacking! I'm talking sub 50/60hz lows. Normal pop music don't use that much. Overall commercial radio music is mixed for car speakers so if you listen to jazz or classical there those are not the critical pair of IEM out there.
For the others sony IEM have now better earbuds but in its time those buds were the best. I like them because of nostalgia.

1000+ Head-Fier
Pros: comfort, lightness, design, sound
Cons: deep bass lacking
Best comfort in a headphone I ever used. Nice in hot weather because it is so outrageously open!
The auto headband is genius and solid in 8 years of use.
Sound is very good across the spectrum, relaxed and detailed. But the deep bass is lacking, while it's not critical, it's not a studio headphone for mixing. Otherwise it is perfect for watching movies, listenning to music relaxing in a long chair.
The real bonus is that it can be used with cheap smartphones or ipod jack outputs and play loud with good quality!
One of the best domestic headphone for non critical listenning. Many females love this headphone because of the world class comfort.
The frame and ear cup are made of high tech magnesium, light and non resonnant.
Excellent audio experience with those cans!

Pros: Sound, detail, smoothness, price, design
Cons: none
This unit is incredibly good sounding. There is a musicality rarely found nowadays in overly trebly offerings.
The details retrieval can be mind blowing, and the sound of Meridian CD player in general is world class. In its days Meridian CD player were the very best of the world.
The non mystical and BS philosophy of Meridian in electronic design is backed up by the leadership of the brand throughout CD redbook replay since its dawn of times. Meridian made the first audiophile CD player in the world and always lead the field making the contemporary competition bite the dust year after year.
CD replay is always gonna be important for audiophiles because of our collection and because of the rarity of certain discs. Online music server only sell what they can and most of the good recordings are hidden out there waiting to be revealed!
Music server are taking the scene because of sound quality and ease of use, but we will always need to play a CD from time to time with newly acquired disc or because the music just crashed! Dematerialized music is on a computer like device and once its dead, all the music on there is also R.I.P.
CD are forever!
