Dear Head-Direct/HiFiMan

I adore my 901, it's an incredible machine, thank you
Can you please start to make/sell longer cables?

We really need a line out with 2 RCA (to plug into a pre amp) with 1 or 2 metres long
the cable supplied is very short and not really useful.

thanks

I'm having some issues getting through to the contact number. Is anyone from the customer service team online and can answer my question regarding my order?

I think the customer service is down for some reasons I don't know why. I bought HM601 three days ago.  Although they gave me a tracking number I can not track it for 2 days. It seems the tracking number is not recorded in DHL tracking service or they haven't shipped it yet. Btw, my Transaction ID(14052740359403174366). Waiting for your reply asap Hifiman customer service.

Dear Head-Direct,

My wonderful HM 801 seems to have a loose headphone out connector: when I walk with it in my pocket, the left channel cuts in and out, quite unpleasantly.  It seems fine when I use it without moving.  And the same thing happens no matter what headphones I use (my regular pair is an HE-500).

How can I get this repaired?  I hope it won’t take too long, since I can’t live without it!

Thanks,

Ken

What kind of payments do you accept? Do you ship internationally other than my billing address? I want to buy headphones and send it as a gift. Thanks.

Love the HE500, which I've owned a couple of months. Love it but almost immediately, the right channel started going in and out so I loosened the cable connector and the sound would correct itself. But now no sound. I see a bag of replacement connectors but I can't figure out how to replace the connector. Could you please advise? Thanks.
