I currently own a pair of Massdrops Fostex TH-X00 that i run on a Grace m9xx, since they broke I though I couldnt go wrong with the Denon DH 7200 - but they are kind of uncomfortable (+narrow for the ears) and the subjective sound kind of a downgrade to my TH-X00. I also tried the DT 770, and others...but kind of lost where to search for a good replacement. After hours of YT Videos, searching for "Good and comfortable Closed Headphones" that not only work for Musik but also for Gaming I ended up on these 2 (Price range 700-1300 EUR):
1) Focal Radiance
2) Dan Clark Audio AEON 2 Noire (Planar)
As "cheap" Competitor i also would consider the Meze 99 Classics, but compared with above they might not be viable.
Why Closed: Because in the comptetive Gaming Spectrum I find it relativly helpful not to be distracted from outside noises
If would like you optionion / Choice for my demands and Suggestions.
