So Ive been using the Dt 990s pros for some time and i decided to invest in a dac/amp. My budget is 200, but the lower the better. The main one I saw was the Maverick AudioTubeMagic D1. I was wondering if its any good. Another one that I found was the Matrix M stage. I know its a little over my budget, but if there is a sufficient difference, I can increase my budget.

I have the D1 and the DT990s honestly I didn't liked the D1, the bass is loose and bloated. I found the DAC section kinda noisy.
At the moment Im using JDSlabs O2 + ODAC, and Im loving it. I also have the meier headfive, that is VERY transparent but with a narrower soundstage compared with the O2.
 
In "warmness" order, the least is the headfive, then the O2 at the end the D1.
