I'm looking to buy the HE-400's, but I want to know if the D4 that I currently have has enough power to drive them properly. I've read that the Hifiman EF2A can drive them and the specs say its power output is 320mw @32 ohms while the D4 outputs 230mw+230mw @32 ohms. How do you compare their outputs? Do I just look at 320mw vs 230mw, or is 320mw the sum of both channels together, in which case it'll be 160mw+160mw for the EF2A?
 
And in case I do need a new amp/DAC combo, what are some good suggestions for under $200?
