Hi all, I was wondering if there is some type of cable or good converter to convert rca analog to a digital (coax or optical)? I have an old cd player that I want to hook up to my bifrost dac, but the cdp only has rca outputs. What can I do to make this happen? Will it degrade the transport signal into the dac? Thanks so much

There is no point to doing this, it can ONLY serve to degrade quality.

If you want to use your separate DAC for CD playback, you will need a CD transport instead of a CD player.
