We're really enjoying the MOG unlimited streaming account. It's a great way to listen to and discover new music. Now, my wife is wanting to get a portable player that she can use at work since her company now blocks all streaming services. She would like to have the ability to use the MOG Android app so she could load up the player with new music she wants to listen to in addition to our regular library of music. We have a 7-year old iRiver HP120, which is great, but doesn't have MOG capability.

What suggestions do you guys have?
Here's what I think she needs:
- Android-based player with good internal storage and/or SD card slot.
- Good quality output for high bitrate MP3 (320) and FLAC files.
- Decent enough amp to drive basic IEM's (she has some MEElectronics A151's)
- "Budget Friendly", ideally under $300, used would be OK
