Our return policy for this promotion is 10 days from the date of delivery. While every B-Stock unit performs and tests as new, you should expect minor cosmetic blemishes.

It comes up so often, I'd really like people to read this and understand it, so we don't get a bunch of people complaining that they didn't get X cable that some other person got, or discontinued items that some other B-stock purchase was lucky to get.

I was able to get a pair of LCD-4s from the prematurely initiated sale a few weeks back. They came with all the accessories, BUT they have a warped steel headband instead of the carbon fiber headband and the cut-outs for the rotational set screws are different so the cups have different ranges of motion…. Still haven’t heard back from Audeze customer service, although to be fair it has only been 3 full business days since I emailed them.
That was my suspicion as well. It wasn’t evident to me from Audeze’s sale page what’s a refurb and what is a B stock. Although seeing that the LCD-4 is no longer being produced, I suppose I should have been expecting a “refurbished” unit.

Last time they said, they won't cancel orders from outside US, but there will be shipping cost + customs on top.
And in case of a warranty issue, they have to be sent back to the US for Service (at your own expense)
Well, the "view sale page" link on the Countdown Timer page doesn't work. At least this time the sale seems to have opened at the advertised time, not hours earlier.
