Hrm, might be a bit long if I listed everything...
Some stuff that comes to mind offhand:
Koss ESP/950:
Robyn & Kleerup - With Every Heartbeat (Tong & Spoon Wonderland Remix) [from The Annual 2008]
Blue Scholars - Bayani
The Beatles - Come Together
Eric Prydz - Call On Me (JJ Stockholm Remix)
Robbie Robertson - Unbound
Armin Van Buuren ft Audrey Gallagher - Hold On To Me
Grado RS-1i:
Foreigner - Urgent
Skynyrd - Double Trouble, I Ain't The One
MGMT - Electric Feel
Star Wars Main Title Music (and most of the rest of the Star Wars suite)
Mobb Deep - Survival of the Fittest, Q.U. -- Hectic (basically The Infamous in general sounds great though - for some reason I've always liked Mobb Deep and Grados more broadly)
Ultrasone PRO2900:
Daft Punk - Da Funk, Solar Sailer (Pretty Lights Remix)
Nero - Innocence
Lange ft Sarah Howells - Out of the Sky (Kyau & Albert Remix) [from ASOT2008]
3Oh!3 - Rich Man
Why? - The Vowels Pt. 2
Zombie Nation - Kernkraft 400 (DJ Gius Remix)
Sony MDR-F1:
Orbital - Halcyon & On & On
FSoL - Papua New Guinea (12" Original), Cascade
Daft Punk - Aerodynamic
Robert Miles - Children
Nina Simone - Sinner Man
Denon AH-C751:
Santana - Put Your Lights On (ft Everlast)
Lupe Fiasco - The Emperor's Soundtrack
Michael Jackson - Unbreakable
Staind - Zoe Jane
Audio Technica ATH-ESW9:
Rex Mundi ft Susana - Nothing At All
Girls' Generation - Run Devil Run, Genie
Velvet Acid Christ - Hypersphere
ATC - Around The World
And honorable mentioned:
Koss ESP/10:
Johnny Cash - Hurt
NIN - The Day The World Went Away
Moby - Extreme Ways
I also think the Sony MDR-SA5000 were designed exclusively for Michael Jackson's music, and that the Ultrasone HFI-2400 are fantastic with stuff like The Used, GLU, Nirvana, and No Doubt.
The broader themes are, if you're trying to keep up:
I like the ESP/950 for trance and pop; the RS-1 for rock, hip hop, and orchestral; the PRO2900 for techno, electro, house, and dub; the MDR-F1 for airy fluff; the ESW9 for vocals and darker trance/techno; and the 751 with "easy listening" (for lack of a better word). This doesn't mean I exclusively preference one headphone over another for those genres though. I'm pretty eclectic in my tastes, which spreads to what headphones I pick when I want to listen to music.
