I'm getting a bit of buzzing with bass frequencies, so I'd like to remove the foam screen to clean out any dust on the driver. Looking closely, it appears to be using a twist-lock mechanism to secure it in place, but I'd rather not apply any force without knowing for sure first.

Anyone have experience with this?

Seems as though you just have to gently pry it up from one of the open seams with a knife or something and it comes right up. No twisting.

Removed a few hairs that got caught inside, seems to have improved things.
