There are a lot of bluetooth receivers that output to 3.5mm, in order to make wired headphones wireless.
However, most of these feature a built-in microphone, often of average quality.
I would like one that has a 3.5mm port that can pass through a microphone that's id tape to my headphones.
The microphone would be of course still be limited by the bluetooth headset profile, presumably using the mSBC codec, but at least it will be of much higher quality in its design, thus comparable to a high end all in one bluetooth product calling headset
The only thing I've found so far was this.

which would probably work in the car, but not so much on my person.
