HI There, hopefully someone may understand me and point me in the right direction..
When using my windows smart phone on bluetooth via my home wi fi the kitsound pocket boom speaker sounds bad....stuttering. ..etc... But if I then switch home wi fi off and use my data, 4g signal, then speaker sounds ok.....can anyone help ? And I have tried a different speaker, both the same...Thanks.

Perhaps your home wifi is slower than your 4g and the music is always buffering? Try this experiment using a very low resolution music file (or better yet, one that is on your phone locally) to see if its the internet speed or your phone.
