Did anybody make an electronic compensation for the HF content of Grado SR60i?

Ive seen mods for reducing the hf content of grado sr60s by messing with the can structure... but has nobody worked on this on an electronic way?
 
how about using a baffle step compensation circuit with an inductor and a resistor? people have been using these for fullrange baffles to compensate the hf imbalance.
 
has anyone tried this? thoughts? other ideas?
