First, I glued 500nm Mylar with 9µm aluminum, then sanded it down to 6µm and etched it. so it's a high tech membrane. Even the Hifiman 1000-2 has 700nm film. Somewhere like that.)

Thanks. If HE-1000v2 is really 700µm it is really thick
Which glue did you use? How did you paint traces? I'm sorry for so much questions but I'm really curious. Did you use a CNC?

You didn't read correctly. Not 700 microns, but 700 nanometers. For etching, I use a matrix mask. Unfortunately, I develop all the components and technologies used in production myself, it costs a lot of money, labor and time, and I just can’t give it away, sorry.

... although ... I glue mylar and aluminum on a photopolymer, having previously covered two parts with a primer and then dried in a UV lamp

Thanks. I've never heard of matrix mask before - nothing shows on google when I type that
Of course there is no information. These are all my developments, and there are a lot of them. As well as broken carbon and much more. There are patents

Hello, where can I find the required magnetsand full-size planari, in a carbon case
I order at the factory, but there is a minimum lot of 1000 pieces.

do you etch the aluminum before gluing?
etching after gluing
Imagine a 2.16" membrane diagonal in IEM!) Where could such an area be? Made from 24 carat gold
