Does a BSE void the iPod warranty?

I guess that's kind of a stupid question, and I expect it doesn't affect the warranty, but I wanted to make sure.

I'm also asking the question too late as I already put the skin on my iPod. BTW, I used Windex as suggested in posts here, and it worked beautifully. No bubbles at all. I did have a scare because as the skin was setting up, I got a hazing effect under the skin, but that dried up in a few hours and now the skin is completely clear.

I've now gone caseless, and boy is it nice to use an iPod without a case. The 30gb is incredibly thin and feels very high quality in the hand. I figure I'll just put it in an iPod Sock before putting it in my pocket when I'm out and about.

if you need to send it back, you could always remove the cover first

I don't know about removing it from the click wheel, especially the center button. That part of the iPod feels very fragile and I think removing the skin, considering how firmly attached it is, could damage the wheel/parts.

well, if your sending it back anyway.. might as well get a new clickwheel in the package
