My DT 990 Pro's left side driver has no audio coming through it. However the Driver on the right side seem to work flawlessly. I dont have the money to send it in. So i was going to fix it myself but i was wondering if anyone else would know why this is.

This is most likely a problem with the cable or connector.

So i was going to cut the wire and the stripe it so i can see the wires and resolder them back on.

It may also be broken at the connector, especially if it stopped working after being unplugged.

How can i fix that?

Well, first you need to find out somehow where the problem is. For example, if by moving the cable slightly at various points, the sound on the left channel comes back temporarily, the broken part may be there. If it is at the connector, you need to cut the cable somewhat shorter, and re-terminate it with a new jack.
