If you like more neutral (more details), Empyrean II.

Empyrean OG is polarizing, if you don't like warm signature you won't like them.

For rap and dance, OG will be better.

For pop, probably II.

I recommend trying them out. I tried out the IIs and didn't care much. Got the OGs today and loving them. I listen to rock and metal almost exclusively, and l like my bass.

Just recently received the 2. Went deep into EDM and Rap last night. I was very happy with the amount of bass output. It's very accurate. But not in your face. I can't speak for the ones. But am probably going to be ordering them soon. The build quality on the 2 is just fantastic. Good luck with your decision.
