What you see there are 2 x output transformers behind the 300b tubes. In front of it are the Interstage transformers replacing caps. Power transformer at the left corner and 2 chokes for noise suppression in front of it. Bias will be fixed and can be adjusted as certain brand of 300b tubes have variations.
You could go for esp32 module with wifi, multiple relay, motorized pot even power measure. All web control over phone or computer... Siri/Alexia/... Could even let you control by voice and you can have remote vu metter

There has been good reviews for Genalex PX300B and it's supposed to be the best at anything less than $500. In any case, I got it for AUD$200 which is US$155 each. from http://tubeaudio.com.au/genalex-gold-lion-px-300b/
Psvane would have just cost me AUD$200 a pair from my amp builder.
