I have Velvets, smallest are bearly doing the job but I need to wear them a bit more to see if they don't cause pain. Don't have the Baroque, will add them to my list thx!
The Baroques are basically a slightly shorter version of the Velvets, but much smoother, thinner, and more comfy. I'd highly recommend them if you need a small, comfy eartip with not overly deep insertion (MSE nozzle is already very long).

I'd use the Velvets for shorter IEM nozzles and Baroques for longer ones.

Just got a MSE and have been using it with the Qudelix the past two days. On Bluetooth only at max volume it works ok, but needs a bit more juice. Plugging it in usb mode and it gets the boost it needs to play the MSE fine on balanced out.
Yeah, they like power to truly enjoy their full capabilities. They truly open up the more power you give them. Almost becomes a different beast.

Were you using the high gain mode or normal gain?
