Mine was doing the same thing. It was also getting VERY hot, almost uncomfortable to touch. It would then make a pop noise and stop working. I suspect it was shutting itself down due to overheating. I reached out to Fiio customer service and they were initially quite receptive but after asking umpteen questions they went quiet. I eventually bought a replacement from Amazon which has been problem-free so far.Anyone having disconnecting issues with their ka11? Mine is working but then it stops, I have to touch play again on the app.
Yesterday it made a pop sound, stopped and my phone couldn't play any sound through it. It would detect, the sound was coming from the phone speaker, but couldn't get the fiio ka11 to work.
The solution was just not using it for a couple of hours.

Hmm. Was having a look at the Fiio website. The KA11 seems to have disappeared. It’s also gone from the UK Amazon website. Anyone else noticed this or am I just not seeing it?
Wouldn’t be surprised. So many reports of problems with this device. I wonder if they are rethinking it. My first one stopped working after a few days. The replacement has been fine so far. I had this same problem but after a few days more it stopped working altogether. Thanks to a complaint in this forum I received a replacement which has been working fine so far.
