Cool improvised album, instead of explaining. Here is the info from Bandcamp:
Here is a collection of 5 experimental recordings wherein the band improvised music together while listening to various recordings of Ram Dass. Each tune was recorded on the spot with no prior rehearsal with the goal of remaining in the moment which is a central theme the teachings. The musical result is "Improvisations with Ram Dass" 5 distinct sonic journeys for your heart and ears.

With the ethereal vocals and environmental soundscapes, I could have believed this was a cinematic soundtrack.

Core (1992) by Stone Temple Pilots - A blend of Pearl Jam, Alice In Chains and Soundgarden with great song writing ability, they should have been bigger but were possibly held back simply because of their similarity to those three bands. They certainly write great guitar riffs and Scott Weiland's vocals were up there with the best of them but they also sound great when they quiet things down a bit with class songs such as Creep. The bass / drums rhythm section sound really powerful through the D7200's, loads of low grunt and rumble.

Keeping a Beyer bender going from over the weekend... T1.3 is a majorly underrated pair of headphones IMO. It reminds me a lot of FiR's analog slamming style, but in over-ear with amazing comfort and epic Beyer built.

Happy Monday indeed, hope you all have a good week! :metal:

Here's one that I found in my CD collection and ripped to flac yesterday, been at least 20 years since I heard it last. Jeff's speaking guitar... :guitar:
