I was checking some cables on ebay and found this :

 
 
Just wanted to ask if using something like this between iPhone and FiiO will get me better sound on SR225i's ? Or is standard FiiO cable just fine and this would be waste of money ?
 
Also I'am already quite some time thinking about how all this actually works... I mean for example if we talk about something like PC->Schiit Modi->Schiit Magni->HD650 .. first USB cable isn't important (because it's just transferring data binary)? If I get it right this way, than what matters are cables after DAC where I already get analog signal and we want it as clear as possible ?
 
So when talking about iPhone-FiiO-SR225i than both cables between iPhone - FiiO and SR225i cable should be important... but how important ? Does it rly make noticeable difference ?

They come in different shapes. It bypasses the internal amp of the iPhone and gives line level output to your external amp.
