@Apos Audio - I have a suggestion for you:
The review mentioned 7 times (or more) how easy it is to drive these, no need for amp, right out of any phone or laptop headphone jack.
The cable, however, is terminated with 1/4" plug...
So... my suggestion is to include a little adapter in the box - 3.5mm male to 1/4" female. Something like:

We are currently exploring international shipping and we want to open it up in future production batches of the Caspian. We've always been cautious of adding international shipping because we want to uphold the standards we set on our customer service side to whoever purchases from us. Stay tuned as we are working on this and will make an announcement when we are ready.

We don't have a storefront, but we can look into arranging a demo. Our units are all out to reviewers but we have a prototype with us. We'll DM you.

Sadly no, they'll only deal with the Americans and the Canadians. From what I understand, they are barely willing to deal with the canadians, they have a pilot program just in case they can't deal with them anymore and can then justifiably back out. I wonder why companies can't at least offer international shipping, they can clearly and unequivocally state upfront the terms and extra expense incurred to the customer and even modify return policies to make it so they don't get screwed on the financial side if that's the worry. There are times when I want an item from the UK for instance and it's impossible even if I reach out to the company and state that I am willing to take on the expense and risk along with the potentially long delay. If it's a seller agreement with a company that they are an authorized dealer of then I understand but it's usually not. This is after all the same earth no matter where one happens to be. I am going to begin drop shipping out of spite and at no charge once I retire.
