First impressions, not burned, but im impressed with this iem

Have to say I received with a fan discount, but anyways, for the retail price (299€) I could compare them to more pricey options like MANGIRD TOP.

Suitable for low volume
Bass is delicious, treble is on point
TOTL build quality
Switches are really useful
Deep scene with a nice sense of weight…

…although its on intimate side
Packaging is beautiful, but complements are not at same level

With some tips, driver flex could be an issue

I figured out why I felt in love with OKAVANGO.

Feels so similar to my lovely QOA MARGARITA, being cheaper

Hisenior Okavango



First day with Okavango, fun IEM. Big and lush bass, with solid mids and treble. Little energetic sounding, so far very happy.
After toying with the switches I ended on UD, as I love bass and found UU slightly to hot in the treble on some music with brass.

I would like to talk about bass. I really like the driver of setup they make here. It's concise, is fast, is punchy.

Treble sounds hot to you? Im using on UU setup and sounds perfect to me. But its nice to have switches to found a more pleasant sound.

What about fit? No driver flex issues?

Yes driver flex, but not horrible. Slight pop on insertion.
Had IEMs before that driver flex when moving jaw

Very comfortable, can use for hours. Nice ergonomic design, not short nozzle.

Bass is very nice as you say not slow and dull. Speed and impact is on the nice side. Very nice after having used the Penon 10th last day, with more slow and fuzzy bass..

You won't regret.

Im finishing my review of the XENNS TOP and moving to this quickly. One of the best of the year, because it has a really impressive price (sub300) with 6ba (sonion and knowles) that can compete with a little bit expensive ones (ej07m, top, variations...)

And…

They got an TRIBRID on the sub500 price range.

But GARETH is already working on more WILD-NATURE series, wich the first one is this OKAVANGO, more focused on the musicality (warmer, lush sound)

Probably the move a little step up on price also, so maybe they point to the TOTL range.

Wow nice!

I use the stock wide bore eartips with it, no fit issues on my end but YMMV.

Hisenior Okavango

Okavango is just pure fun, it delivers a joyful experience where your feet will start tapping to your music.
Not the most resolving set out there, but this was never what they tried to make here.
Bass is lush and full, mids are full and forward and treble is present while not tiresome.
