I actually had the opportunity to try the EF2A out recently, I enjoyed the sound but the price seemed a bit high, If it was just the amp and cheaper I would have considered it, but I already have a DAC so I didn't want to spend more for something I don't need. But if anyone needs a DAC/Amp, please do look into the Hifiman.

Check for it on the 'For Sale' forums as they often go on sale for great prices there. It's DAC unit isn't comparable to the FiiO. So when bypassing it, it proves to be a great budget tube amplifier.

As far as SS goes I think I have settled on an O2 DIY build with a custom enclosure, should pair well with all my In-ears.
