Mine is not perfectly 90 degrees. With most headphones you really can't notice though. It's probably at an angle of about 1-2 degrees (0.017-0.035 radians). This is more of an aesthetic gripe though rather than a functional one.

It is what you see, with every jack, even worst without the case. My question is not about a validation of my findings, but if every unit is affected by this horrible imperfection in a product I've chosen for its supposed build quality, paying abit of extra money and accepting to have a considerably less advantages. Am I a maniac of perfection? Are yours and in the same condition?
I have added 2 more 140 ohm 1% Dale US resistors to the 4.4 mm balace port. Unexpectedly and amazingly with the audible sound, the background noise was absent. enjoy music in complete silence and be happy. you guys try it. i love you so much ifi go blue

Reiterating FW request.. Software gain switch please. All other features are already good.. this is a portable device not meant to drive power hungry headphones but iems which don’t need too much power.
I think this may have been reported before but was wondering if anyone had a solution for my problem.
Pairing the go blu to iPhone 13 the music is at normal listening levels but my WhatsApp notification alerts are deafeningly loud if I forget to reduce the volume immediately.
Is there a way to solve this issue so that the alerts volume are not so high each time I pair.
Thanks
Anyone have this issue in iOS? Playing back embedded videos in Twitter posts have no audio, this extends to the videos in Facebook app as well, no audio. Sometimes you can get audio back by toggling the mute/unmute switch on the phone, other times you can't.
