Every time I turn my PC on after a shutdown the DAC will run in UAC1 so the max quality I can pick is 24bit/96khz. Which isn't a problem because I use 24bit/48khz but I just want to know why it happens when other Dac/amps don't behave this way. The only way I can fix it is by unplugging it and plugging back in.
Is it a fault with iFi's firmware, or maybe the driver? I've read it happens to their Zen line up too. Weird that it hasn't been fixed all this time later
