Guys... just had to cancel my zenith order. My head gasket blew on my car last night, with it being just after xmas, I now have to use those funds on other priorities.

I guess you could have talked to Bob. He is very understanding and I believe he will definitely figure out something for you.

Wow coincidentally I had to cancel my order for the same reason (car accident). Contacted Bob and he said he will honor my pre order price when I can order in the future - this guy knows how to treat people. I still have my R1s to enjoy though . Zenith by summer!

@bk123 @Luhar yes he's emailed me back saying he will look after me soon as I can order them and sort the car out. Of all the times to have problems aswell, so gutted lol

Bob's a great guy - he's sorted me out with replacement filters (which I lost, my own fault) AND new tips for my existing R1's.

Really looking forward to the Zeniths given the impressions above. My family (also high-end audio appreciators) are as excited as me about these

I also was on the brink of cancelling because of motoring issues and Bob was very understanding and also offered the pre order price at a later date. I ended up using PayPal credit and I'll pay it off on payday. Just more of a testament of Bob's professionalism. I can't wait for next week now

I believe Bob's other passion apart from audio is cars, if I remember an old conversion I had with him correctly. May explain why he's so sympathetic to head gasket issues!

Ye I'm 31 but this is my first car, zero interest or knowledge of cars. I didn't think it was a major problem, head gasket going, until I got told of the cost... What...

Few weeks now and hopwfully ill be able to re-order them.

Well, they are almost twice the price, so it is not a big shock. Also, FH5 has that forward signature some will really like, where R1 has a more open signature, which is a tad more universal in general

I think it is great to see the first few comments regarding the Zenith trickling out. The R1 caught me by surprise the first time I heard it and hope to have a similar experience with the Zenith.
