Left volume much lower than right volume. Tried resetting but does not resolve. I recently upgraded the firmware. Welcome suggestions.
1)Place in charger hold for 10+seconds
2)Hold for the 4 beeps
pair, unpair etc..
still no luck

The website has a repair application form, should still be under warranty. So if can not resolve will send them in.
I can only access Japanese contents since live in Japan. The manual is in both English and Japanese but simple. While expect the return process to be only Japanese, the basic website content would be nice in language of choice and not geo-blocked.

Just got the Noble Audio Prestige---SOOOOOOO Good!
Started out with the Falcon Pro when it came out, purchased the Mystique about 6 months ago--and just decided to go for it and get the Prestige---
Sound quality is FABULOUS--absolutely best sound on TWS I have ever heard---and I have about 15 sets on hand and sold off others I did not like--
No Comparison--the Prestige is in a class by itself--
