For what it’s worth, I bought my Deva wired editions as HiFiman open box. Great price, super fast shipping and they offer a warranty.

On ebay if you can get one for $240 that's about as low as you can expect. I've also bought open box from Hifiman and it ships quickly from their NY office and if you register online the warranty extends to 15 months.
