So is everyone else having issue's with their V30+ having Bluetooth connection issue's. Sound cuts in and out on Android 8.0
Mine is stable as hell (V30+ imported from Hong Kong).

I'm using an LG V30 (US998), purchased from B&H Photo.
It's unlocked, rooted, and running the latest version of LineageOS (15.1-20180829-Unofficial-h930, Android 8.1.0).
Bluetooth works great - I usually have it connected as LDAC to my Radsone ES100, or my Shanling M0 - for streaming music.
If I'm not streaming music, I just use a standard Bluetooth connection to my Plantronics Voyager Legend, which also works fine.

Weird, I don't know why mine is acting up. It sometimes occasionally cuts in and out. Lately, it's been working fine with my VMODA CF Wireless 2 Rose Gold (yes aptx). When I connect it to a UE Boom BT Speaker, it cuts in and out ever so often, but it's a lot worse on JBL Flip 4.

I'm confused, why do you have a Shanling M0? Isn't the V30 pretty much the ultimate DAP?

Bought the M0, before the battery in my previous phone began cratering.
It was the impending failure of my Nexus 5, that drove me to upgrade phones - originally I was going to get a V20, but I couldn't find one that was an Open Market model (so that the bootloader could be unlocked).
Ended up ordering the known unlockable Open Market V30.
My Onkyo DP-X1 is a very good DAP, with Balanced Output, and it can hold 2x MicroSD cards...

Apparently not once you've installed LineageOS on it  @DBaldock9 - did you figure out how to get your custom ROM to drive the V30's ESS DAC?

Well, the Quad DAC does work when running UAPP.

I own both...

Got the M0 for working out; form factor is great! Clip on or put in your pocket...way less bulk than v30.

I agree with you about bulk, I am loving that new Hidizs AP80 or the FiiO M3K

I had a software upgrade, software version LS99822a. My aptx headphone doesn't cut out anymore (this happened all the time when working out), seems to have fixed it mostly. BT still cuts out but only happens with using SBC codec from my vehicle. Weird huh, I thought BT Codecs were all about bandwidth, maybe latency is causing it?
