Has anyone compared the new musical fidelity M1 HPA to any of the usual suspects at around $1000.  I will be using the amp with denon D7000's if that helps.

Thanks, greatly appreciated

I am going to go ahead and bump this thread for you.

I don't have experience with any amps.

Hopefully, another member can lead you in the right direction.

I highly recommend this amp :) It drives two LCD-2s with no issue and sounds really good. To my ears it is a better sounding amplifier than the Burson HA-160 and the Lehmann BCL. It is detailed, dynamic, open and hi-fi sounding but with musicality.

I am in the same situation, i need a new Amplifier for my D7K's my choice right now is between Musical Fidelity M1 HPA and the Heed Canamp but the question is if the will match a low impedance headphone like the D7K's so if any one have some experience?
