Finally got a chance to put some time on Phantom Liberty. I never really felt that the environments in the base game were sparsely detailed, but the added complexity in the expansion is really noticeable.

Well, it was not exactly "over time". We started working on PL after the Base game and could do another iteration on gameplay while also with new projects could push the boundaries of Art and technology even further. With every project, You try to make something better, smarter, different. Thank You so much for your kind words guys! 🙏

Do you know if the team will continue to improve the path tracing and recently introduced ray reconstruction technique? (There's a lot of ghosting for dimly lit scenes or small objects in the world when RR is turned on, either way this is still one of the most visually stunning media that I have seen. Just walking through the city is atmospheric enough.)

It’s funny as it happens to be me driving the Path Tracing in Cyberpunk ( I am an Art Director), and the answer is Yes we plan to have some update. Fingers crossed! But don’t want to over promise:wink:

Thought I'd come back after the amazing 2.1 Patch, definitely enjoying the reduced ghosting with Path Tracing now . Never thought I would spend so much time in the apartments just looking outside and enjoying the interior spaces.

Would there be any last plans to increase draw distance or LOD detail, there is so much detail in the environment (one of the first things I show my friends) but you can't see it from a distance.

Avatar wasn't even on my radar until basically the day of release. Ubisoft games are super hit-or-miss with me, so it remains to be seen how much I'll like it, but so far is feels pretty satisfying.

I'm slightly annoyed there's no DLSS frame gen, only FSR frame gen, but thankfully it supports DLSS upscaling. It's fairly easy to run, though, so it's not a huge problem that DLSS 3 is missing. On the 4090, maxed out, with balanced DLSS I'm getting about 90FPS.

I'm really in awe over the lush detail and overall lighting of the game. It obviously doesn't look as good as the movies, but it does a good job capturing the overall look of them.

While maybe not cutting edge, I really love how Dragon's Dogma 2 is able to capture the look of fantasy art.

Nice pics played both those games. Also, a huge fan of both, and especially the Dragon Age series. Played all the game. Waiting for Dragen Age 4 to release. As Well as Mass Effect 4, my favorite game series of all time.

Currently not playing anything as I'm thinking about doing a new system build. I custom build (for myself) high end gaming rigs.

Oh, and Phantom Liberty is outstanding with some absolutely beautiful graphics, especially when you're in the Black Sapphire looking over the balcony or watching the lady perform the nightbird dance....

These screen shots don't do the in-game graphics justice.

The last one is so good that it looks like an official promotional image!

After watching the Prime series of Fallout twice now I decided to give Fallout 4 a spin.

I loved FO1 / FO2 / FO3.

The game is showing it's age with the graphics and has some quirks as do most open end games, but it is still a fun time.
