Hello everyone,
I have odd problem and would be appreciate some help.
When I use my headphones all of a suđen one side, right, stops responding, doesnt gives a sound.
I have to unplug it, from headphone part and after a while sound comes back.
Unfortunately I don’t have spare cable to check connectors on that side.
Do you have idea how can I check whether is the problem in cable jack or shell jack?
How can I clean shell jack, maybe is dirty?

It sounds very likely to be a problem with the cable.
It is extremely unlikely to be any other problem, especially since you have reported that the problem comes and goes.
This is typical of a connection problem due to cable fatigue.

The cable will need repairing or to be replaced.

To clean the headphone socket, use isopropyl alcohol or "rubbing alcohol" on a cotton-bud/swab and just insert it into the socket, and just twist it around.
A normal cotton bud/swab might be too thick, so just tear away some cotton until it is thin enough.

Give the headphone a few minutes rest after cleaning to allow the alcohol to evaporate, however using the headphone before all the alcohol has evaporated will not cause any damage. So do not worry.

I have already ordered replacement cable so I will just have to wait for it.
Hope it will solve the issue since the headphones are Really awesome.
