The new size is bigger than mid size and smaller than the large one.

Will the new tip be shipping with the product now?

The new ear tip will not ship with the product because we already finished the production and package already be packed. We will only send to our customers who purchase Realvoice and request for this particular size of ear tip.

Oh! On your website is says they come with three tips, but the picture shows four --- one with double flange.  So they come with four tips, right?

Yes, they come with total four pairs of ear tip. Three pairs of different tip size ( small, medium, large) and one pair of double flange. The two on the earphone are medium size ear tips.
