That's exactly my point, I'm not a huge universal IEM guy - I would go CIEMs if I somehow stopped losing every pair of IEMs I bought but this is damn tempting.

v1.5 is improved version (like new chip etc.) but I don't know differences exactly.
 
V1.2 has been discontinued. That's why it's cheap now.

Yes, but I believe the Black has less power?  Less than the Red for sure.  I'm wondering if this will be bad for the MOE or not...

Perfect, thanks.  Seems the 1.2 is in between the Black and Red for power output.  Now to figure out if 1.2V is enough for an MOE, which is designed as a portable.  Probably, but I know Senns can be power hungry...

I've never seen any discount on it. I recommend you to check ebay at times.It was $34.99 quite a while ago.

Thanks so much. Yep never seen them discounted but at 34.99 I'll bite on 2 of them one for the DAC and one for the external HD with my music on it.
