Whats the weirdest thing that happened to your new cans ? I've recently received a Monster Turbine and I got this : 


The manual that came with my Turbines had a mysterious oil stain on them. The IEMs themselves were fine so I didn't bother making a claim.

I can't say I've ever had anything weird come with or happen to a new set of 'phones, but I did once receive a camera lens with a moth stuck within the internal construction of the lens.

That sounds like a worker's sense of humor won out over sound judgement.
