What genres would you guys say the M100 truly shines with?

EDM, mostly. Anything with lots of bass and treble. It makes everything sound a bit more natural for music like that, at least for me. It's pretty okay with most other genres but it's outdone by many other headphones that are more suited for them. Still among the best for EDM though, at this price.

All pop is great, particularly female vocals. The M-100 is almost custom made for Rihanna.
Can we rebrand the M-100 as "Beats by Brown"?
My humour is in poor taste.

HEEEEEEEEEEEY MAAAAAAAAAAAAN SLOOOOOOW DOWWWWWN! SLOW DOWWWN! SALOWW DOWWWOWOWOWN!
I am wanting to know how well the M-100 isolates outside noise as compared to other headphones like the K550 and Dt770.
It does an okay job.
DT770
M-100
K550
In the isolation graph, it's more important to pay attention to the lower frequency slope. Having taken the M-100's into coffee shops and subways, music, cart racket, and talking bleeds through a bit. Since I generally listen to music at lower volumes, I'm more likely to use IEM's. The M-100's are more suitable for libraries
I have the Beyer DT770 Pro 80...do you think the M100 will be a significant upgrade over them? Also people say that the DT770 has recessed mids so will the midss of the M100 be more forward than the Beyers? Lastly would people reccomend them over a Denon D2000? Thanks and anyone know when they will be available in the UK?
I am now looking to acquire the T70p's for a portable can.
