My Aegis build is on hold for a couple months so I decided to just buy an old class A receiver (Denon PMA 520) off Craigslist for $50 and so far it's been an enjoyable setup. Finding an old AVR to power your Tungsten is a good budget alternative to all the headphone amps out there.
oh, and I bought my speaker taps from here: https://gladiatorcables.com/gladiator-line/p/neutrik-speaker-tap. It took a couple months to be made so I would suggest throwing in an order while you're waiting for your Tungsten.
