As a few other HF'ers know, I'm currently undergoing some aggressive chemotherapy to battle back the cancer I was diagnosed with just days before Christmas. The side effects of these treatments have been unpleasant to say the least, but those of consequence here have been blurred vision, shaky hands, and some loss of sensation in my fingertips. These deficits have made it increasingly difficult for me to operate the Alpha due to its relatively small screen size, especially when using the virtual keyboard--which really sucks because I do a lot of my HD music consumption on streaming services. Thanks to another exceptional HF trading partner, I recently acquired an M11 Plus LTD in the hopes that the dramatically larger screen size would make the DAP easier for me to read, type and manipulate. Thankfully, the additional screen real-estate on the M11 was everything I had hoped it would be, so this side-grade was a bit of a no-brainer...and so it's time for the Alpha to find its way into the hands of someone who doesn't really care if his/her DAP has a cell-phone sized display or not.

I received this unit new as a gift for Christmas; it's seen light (but decreasing) use around the house since then as my treatments started in early February. I am fastidious about the condition of my gear...to the best of my ability to tell, this unit is in flawless/like-new condition having spent its entire life in the leather case, and then having THAT setup stored in another small travel case for good measure. There is an A&K protector applied to the front and back of the unit...a few small bubbles crept in while I was applying the front protector--but there are more screen & body protector sheets in the box if you want to replace/correct my work. All other original pack-ins and accessories are here...the box, A&K-branded USB cable, the little SD card cover, and the quick start guide. The black, A&K-branded leather case also has its original box on tap.
