For sale is a DCA Stealth I purchased brand new from audio46 a few days ago on August 21st. Unfortunately these headphones do not fit into my setup well, as my main amp does not power it to my satisfaction. The headphones will come with the included Vivo 4.4mm cable along with another Vivo 4 pin xlr cable. All original packaging and accessories will be included, and the headphones are in absolutely perfect condition (only used for less than 2 hours).

Haha I have owned basically all the ToTL amps before, and have now decided to settle with a Niimbus to drive my collection of headphones. For some reason the Niimbus does not have a good synergy with it at all (even the TT2 paired better with the Stealth), and I do not want to get another amp just for the stealth, so I have to let them go

In fact, if you click on 6 ft XLR cable on the site you provided, the price jumps to $3400. In this case I honestly would not call it “significantly less”, unless our math work differently; furthermore, my set comes with an extra 4.4mm VIVO cable, adding only $100. So…I’ll leave the decision to the potential buyers

Please see my reply to the message above, I tried to clarify that the price on the website is actually not $3200, but $3400 instead if you need XLR, with only one cable.

Honestly I have no idea, the MSB Reference Amp (when using the Niimbus as preamp) I have drives it much better than the Niimbus amp, but I’m planning on selling the MSB Amp. Unfortunately I no longer have tube amps on hand at this point, but I assume some fuller sounding tube amps might make some great pairings with the Stealth? Can’t say for sure though

I settled on the Ferrum Oor/Hypsos after demoing quite a few to power my Stealths. Does a wonderful job.

For anyone considering purchasing, the Stealths are hands down my favorite TOTL headphone of all the pairs I tried in my recent search which included LCD 4&5, Susvara, multiple Abyss and Kennerton models, Rosson Rad-0, Empyrean and Elite, etc. My goal in this search was to find the single best headphone out there for me regardless of power requirements, open or closed back, price, and with no particular sound signature in mind. I just decided to demo or purchase every TOTL headphone that intrigued me or that I could get my hands on and pick the pair that fit me best. The Stealths came out on top and were the only pair that really wowed me. They felt/sounded like they were meant for me from the second I put them on.
