There is no standby , the switches turn the power straight on and yeah they aren't ideally located Cheers for the advice

Hi guys I have a la figaro 339 tube amp and to turn it on there are two power switches behind the unit. I am thinking of just pluging it into a powerboard with a switch and using that to turn it on and off leaving the amp on. I am thinking that there may be a power spike on startup by doing this...

i have a stello d100 dac feeding into darkvoice/lafigaro 339 tube amp fed by flacs nom nom nom

received them I'm still unsure exactly what these are but they sound fantastic deep bass and a smiling warmth  no regrets

Hello everybody i have amassed a few cans over time and listen to them all at different times and enjoy each of them but they are all middle to upper end models and am considering consolidating to one uber pair? i have   grado 325i senn hd650 blue dragon  beyer dt990 pro 600ohm...

this is what i came across also but these actually have 600 on them 

cool thanks couldn't find a thing online other than home made custom jobs

found a cheap pair of bayers but would like to know if anyone actually knows what they are ? they look exactly like the current pro line but have 600 ohm printed on them instead of 250. all research points to these not existing.  

thanks for all the help got some hd650 and love them they sound great with the 339  he sent me the ef80 converter also and have a bunch of tubes in the post to play with but the stock tubes sound pretty good anyway 

It's my first tube amp so I'm unsure at the moment again suggestions more than welcome
