The Suzi (gray box) is a speaker amplifier so the part with the headphone output is the interface between Suzi and Hugo. I assume that part is fixed to the Suzi.

The gray box itself is the Suzi. The small rectangle with the word Suzi and a headphone output is how compatible devices connect to the Suzi. The curvy device with big ball is the Suzi pre. The Suzi is a stereo amplifier so that explains the size of the gray box.

Get a Rega if you’re ok with not adjusting VTA when you change cartridges. They make their cartridges short by ~3mm compared to normal cartridge heights, and made their tonearms expect that short cartridge. But other than that I’d choose the RP6 purely for the position it is in upgrade-wise.
