These are the hooks I got. They’re soft like silicone, but firm enough to hold their shape. Are you sure heating them will change anything?

850 for driver change and shipping? Unbelievable, especially after all driver failures from 2014/15 years... they should have made a recall of at least a longer warranty for those units. For 850 we can buy a new LCD-2C or a mint LCD-2 with better drivers. No wonder why Audeze is getting so much...

Did anybody had breakage problems with the new ear hooks? The manual says it won’t break, but who knows? It comes with only a pair of large hooks, so I’m wondering if I should buy spares...

V2 and iSINE 10 V1 and iSINE 20

My iSINE 10 arrived today. Yes the V2 cable applies DSP to EQ not only the lows (like V1), but the entire range. I like it, I only take 2dB off the first 3 low frequencies and it’s perfect to me, reminds me of the LCD-3. It seems Audeze tried to correct the sound just like they do with the Roon...
